Imagery - Events + General Content

➳ Hourly Rate: $350

➳ Half Day Rate: $1,200 ($300 x 4 hours)

➳ Day Rate: $2,000 ($250 x 8 hours)

Basic Terms + Conditions

• Minimum of 30 images/hour

• Shared rights

• High resolution images delivered within two weeks of project

• 50% deposit requested upon booking; full payment must be made before images are sent

Travel Fees (outside of Austin, TX.)

*exceptions occasionally made for LA projects

- Shorter Distance (Driving) -

• any travel between 10-120 mile radius from central Austin will be charged with the going federal rate = 54.5 cents/mile

• any travel over a 2 hour radius will be charged hourly at $50/hour

• driving distance will not extend beyond 6 hours with the exception of Marfa :)

- Longer Distance (Flying) -

• flights must be covered

  • I request to book my own travel; reimbursement must be made within 48 hours of receipt

• travel time rate is customized and dependent on project; quote will be provided once services are requested and determined

****For overnight and extended stays lodging and transportation must be covered and a daily food stipend of a minimum $60 must be provided.
